Glede Knowe - Accommodation for groups

Do you have a group visiting Innerleithen, Glentress, 7 Stanes, Peebles or Galashiels? Stay at Glede Knowe and enjoy high quality accommodation for your group in the Scottish Borders. We provide ideal facilities for groups such as family parties, wedding parties, walkers, mountain bikers, cyclists, touring motor cyclists, golfers, classic car rallies etc., whether as part of a club or as a group of friends with a common interest.

Our guest house is large enough to provide you with all of the comforts you enjoy on holiday, but also small enough to retain the atmosphere of a traditional family house.  We can accommodate groups of up to sixteen in comfort with five lovely en-suite bedrooms and two additional rooms with private bathrooms, offering a mix of double, family/triple, and twin  accommodation, all with colour TV, tea/coffee trays and hair dryers. 

There is a large, spacious, dining room which seats eighteen in comfort, an integral lounge with views through the panoramic windows to the surrounding hills, and an outside patio area for sunny days. On not so sunny days you are welcome to browse through the books in the bookcase and relax in the lounge.

Acknowledging the need for people to stay in touch, there is an Internet access point for use by guests and Wi-Fi is available in the majority of bedrooms

Glede Knowe guest house is set in around an acre of mature landscaped grounds, and has ample off-street parking for up to ten cars.  There are good, integral and lockable garage/workshop facilities for bikes, with racking for 12 bikes, power washer, drying facilities, storage for golf clubs and fishing gear etc. 

We do not provide evening meals but our excellent local hotels cater for large groups, advance booking advised.

Glede Knowe is non-smoking throughout, in accordance with Scottish legislation.
